How do I love you and your staff? Let me count the ways!
Being a women, I'm all too familiar with automotive repair facilities that try to take advantage of my automotive ignorance by recommending repairs that entail more than is necessary. It's especially frustrating dealing with them while I work alongside people who write vehicle repair manuals but lack the means or time to service my vehicle.
Taking my car in to Craig's Auto Electric for repair is like taking it to a family member. I can always depend on you to be honest about what's necessary, to offer a real-time completion date and, often, to come in under your already low repair estimate.
The fact that everyone you employ is professional, courteous and polite, as well as the fact you have low technician turnover (over time they get to "know" a vehicle) I'm sure , are among the multitude of reasons why your business has grown from two service stalls to six.
This may sound silly, but the best advice I've ever received was by the ex-coworker that sent me to your shop in 1991.
Thank you for continuing to provide the same great service as always-and for saving me nearly $500 last week!

I would like to extend my appreciation and sincere thanks to you and your fine staff at Craig's Auto Electric. In particular, I am writing this letter to commend you on the superior work that I have received from Craig's Auto time and time again. Bobby, you and your mechanics are among the most superb people I have ever been associated with.
The last time my car was in the Craig's Auto Repair Shop, I was serviced by Jimmy and yourself. You were both helpful, attentive to my needs as a customer and most importantly, as usual, you made sure that the workmanship performed on my automobile was magnificently done. From you, as the co-owner, to Jimmy to Bob to Mike to Joe, whomever has worked on my car, always has done an excellent job. I am a most grateful customer and I just wanted you to know that. Whenever possible I recommend your expert repair shop to anyone and everyone I come in contact with. You have the most excellent staff of people in that repair shop, including Judy, that I have ever met.
Once again, thank you for the superb employees at Craig's Auto Electric. They are the best! My compliments and gratitude for the superior work that all of you perform.
#4 Dear folks at Craig's (Bobby, Gino and the young lady in the office),
I wanted to thank you all again for helping me solve the problems with my son's car (1997 Dodge Stratus). Thanks to you it is running beautifully and I am thrilled beyond words. The car, as you know, held a special place in my heart because it is the only car that my son Mike ever owned before passing away at 31 in December 1999. Mike was my seventh of nine children and was loved by our whole family because he was truly the kindest and most unselfish person I've ever known. I've enclosed one of the last pictures that I ever took of Mike. He and I were in Ireland and had stopped along the road bordering Bantry Bay in western Ireland on a damp, overcast day in late November 1999. We were in Ireland for a week to visit the land that my dad had come to America from in 1907. Mike passed away three weeks after our return to Michigan on December 12, 1999.
Bobby said to me on the phone when he had discovered what was causing the problems with the car that Mike must have been looking down on us and I believe that with all my heart. Thanks again to all of you for your help. Incidently, I cleaned the finish of Mike's car and applied a new coat of sealant and it looks beautiful. I even drove it on Friday to a scenic spot and got some nice photos of the car. All of your hard work really made an old man very happy!!
